Suuqle is a modern platform that connects independent merchants with customers. We are not the owners of the products sold on the platform, nor do we produce them. Our role is to provide a trusted and easy-to-use online marketplace. Every merchant is solely responsible for the quality, description, and delivery of their own products.
Unlike other marketplaces, Suuqle never holds or processes customer payments. When you place an order, you send payment directly to the merchant using accepted local transfer methods (such as Bank transfer, eBirr, CoopayEbirr, or Kaafi). Suuqle only records your order and verifies that the payment receipt (payment proof) has reached the merchant so they can dispatch your item.
Merchants registered on Suuqle are required to provide accurate information about their products. They must not sell counterfeit or illegal goods. Suuqle reserves the right to remove or suspend any store that violates these terms or deceives customers.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and password secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you believe your account has been used without authorisation, you must contact us immediately.
Suuqle prioritises your trust above all else. Because payments pass directly between you and the store (Suuqle does not hold them), the fastest resolution when an issue arises is to contact the store directly first. However, you are never alone — the payment proof you submitted through our system when purchasing is your full, reliable evidence. If the store fails to resolve your legitimate complaint, Suuqle will intervene. Any store that loses customer trust or refuses to accept its responsibilities will be permanently removed from the platform.
