To let you shop or open a store on Suuqle, we need some basic information. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and location (the address your items are delivered to). We use this data to register your account, help merchants fulfil your order, and contact you when needed.

Suuqle is a marketplace that brings together many different stores. When you buy from a specific store, the merchant who owns that store can see your name, phone number, and address so they can deliver your item. Merchants on the platform are strictly prohibited from using your data for anything beyond your order.

This is especially important: Suuqle does not store your bank account numbers or card details. This is because you send payment directly to the merchant using local transfer methods such as Bank transfer, eBirr, CoopayEbirr, or Kaafi. The only payment-related document we hold is the receipt (payment proof) you upload to verify your order. That receipt is stored securely in private storage and can only be seen by you and the merchant you bought from.

Your data belongs to you. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Suuqle will never sell your personal data to any third party, and we will not show you advertising you have not consented to.

If we make any changes to our privacy practices, we will notify you clearly through the platform or by email.
